the room was clean and of a decent size, unlike some smaller rooms i have experienced.
i was disappointed that the staff wasn't particularly friendly (maybe they were just having bad days). over four days, i didn't see a single smile, and one staff member seemed annoyed when i spoke english. also, i had to carry my own luggage to my room, which isn't typical for a hotel in this category.

The staff were so helpful. The swimming pool WAS lovely. The breakfasts were wonderful and I enjoyed the facilities.
The bar remained unopened. Lounge service was not good because of the bar situation. The builders next door began working VERY early, waking us up.
